price of our products, nor in the shipping or delivery price.
All freight charges, Duties, Custom expenses, and Fees are the
responsibility of the buyer.
Paul Hanna Ltd will not be liable for loss of use due to any delay in delivery
through a Carrier or Shipping Company, or for whatever reason.
Paul Hanna Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage once the goods have
left our premises , through whatever means of delivery agreed upon.
If delivery has been arranged by Paul Hanna Ltd on the customers behalf
by whatever transport/courier firm we choose,
Paul Hanna Ltd will always ask for the insurance
to be paid to insure the goods for their full contract value against the risk of
loss or damage in transit and the premium will be charged in with the delivery
cost to the customers account. Any claims as a result of loss or damage during
delivery and after the goods have been loaded from our premises should be made
to the courier or transport firm involved.
Collection/delivery dates are given as a guidance only, but are not a guarantee.
Bookings should NOT be taken on the strength of Delivery/collection
dates given and Paul Hanna Ltd will not be held responsible for any
cancellations or missed bookings under any circumstances.
A 12 month RTB guarantee is given on all materials and workmanship
All sizes quoted are approximate
The goods remain the property of Paul Hanna Ltd until paid for in full
The company shall not be liable for any injuries or damages caused
The company reserve the right to amend or alter any product specifications
without prior notice
Delivery can be arranged by us, prices on application
If customer wishes to arrange their own delivery/collection, then Paul Hanna Ltd
is not responsible for the payment of delivery insurance.
All drawings and designs prepared by us remain our property and must
not be reproduced without our written consent
Warranty Limitations
All new inflatables sold by Paul Hanna have a Limited Manufacturers Warranty,
which is applicable against any defect in the workmanship of the inflatable and
against material defect for a period of one year from the shipping date.
All units should be inflated upon arrival and examined carefully.
Any damage incurred through mishandling of the Carrier or weather related
damage,
is not the liability of Paul Hanna Ltd. Please report damage to your carrier, any
defect
found should be reported to Paul Hanna Ltd in writing within 14 days of the
arrival date.
Failure of buyer to give written notice shall be deemed to be a waiver of a
claim for defective products.
Paul Hanna Ltd has the right to inspect the unit and if the defect has occurred
under the conditions listed in this Limited Warranty, we will determine whether
it is practical to repair or replace the damaged or defective parts at the
designated
location that we have authorized.
Our Warranty is not a guarantee that the product will not through use, handling
and storage develop tears or punctures from time to time, the repair of which is
the
responsibility of the buyer. Improper maintenance or accidental, abusive or
negligent treatment of the inflatable will invalidate the Warranty. The cost of
shipping
the units to the location that Paul Hanna Ltd has designated (UK- normally back
to base )for evaluation within the
warranty period, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the unit
proves to be defective under the warranty terms, then the manufacturer will bear
the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product to the buyer. Otherwise
all
shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
All goods returned for RTB guarantee work must be in clean,dry condition.
The company reserves the right to refuse any unit not in a suitable condition

size and dimensions as
in the advertising, whether by catalogue, brochure or website. All sizes are
based on pre-assembled measurements, and therefore will vary slightly,
all measurement include the front step.
Descriptions used are for our sole identity of the products and have no claim
against Warranty Limitations.
Paul Hanna Ltd disclaims any responsibility whatsoever to the buyer or to any
other person for injury to person(s) caused by any product which has been
subjected to misuse, negligence, or accidents; or misapplied or
modified or improperly installed.
Paul Hanna Ltd makes no Warranty for additional products sold to purchasers
which have been manufactured by a second or third party nor is
Paul Hanna Ltd liable for any defect that could cause loss of use or
injury due to these items.
